Withdraw from your purchase online

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To withdraw, tell us of your decision with a clear statement before the period ends. You can:

• use the online withdrawal form at the bottom of this page – you receive a confirmation immediately;
• send an email or a letter to the contact details below; or
• use the model withdrawal form below. Its use is not obligatory.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us that you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. Contact us using the details above for return shipping instructions. Prior contact or authorization is not a condition of withdrawal. Keep proof of sending.

Return costs: you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. For items sent by parcel, the return cost depends on your chosen carrier and is not included in our free outbound shipping. Tables are delivered by freight and cannot be returned by normal post; we arrange collection, and the cost is estimated at up to € 115 within Slovenia and up to € 290 from other EU countries. We confirm the actual amount before collection.

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that. The original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal, but please pack the goods so that they are protected in transit.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We do not refund additional costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received them back or you provide evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier.

We use the same means of payment that you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. Card refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalised. All products in our shop are standard pieces, so the right of withdrawal applies to them.

Conformity and remedies

We are responsible for a lack of conformity that existed on delivery and becomes apparent within two years. A lack of conformity appearing within one year is presumed to have existed on delivery unless this is incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect. Notify us within two months of discovering the problem and allow inspection. You can choose free repair or replacement, subject to the statutory impossibility and disproportionate-cost exceptions. We will restore conformity within a reasonable time, no longer than 30 days, without significant inconvenience and at our expense.

You may seek a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract where statutory conditions apply, including refused or unsuccessful remedies, a serious defect justifying an immediate remedy, or where timely conformity cannot be achieved. If a lack of conformity appears less than 30 days after delivery, Slovenian law also gives you the right to terminate and request a refund. Termination is not available for a merely minor lack of conformity; the seller bears the burden of proving that it is minor.

If we dispute the existence of the lack of conformity, we reply in writing within eight calendar days of receiving your claim. On termination for nonconformity, we refund payment no later than eight days after receiving the goods or evidence of their return. A price reduction is refunded within eight days of the claim. We cover necessary return costs. These remedies are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.

Mandatory guarantee

New household furniture, including our dining and coffee tables, carries the mandatory Slovenian guarantee of at least one year. This guarantee is additional to, and does not restrict, statutory conformity remedies against the seller. The guarantee document identifies the guarantor, service arrangements, territory, duration and claims process. No additional voluntary guarantee is promised unless expressly stated for that product.
