Data, purposes and legal bases
- Orders and optional accounts: contact, billing/delivery address, selected goods, quantities, payment status and correspondence, to perform the contract or requested precontractual steps (GDPR 6(1)(b)). Required checkout fields are needed to process the order.
- Invoices, withdrawal and conformity claims: records necessary to meet legal obligations (6(1)(c)).
- Enquiries: the submitted name, email and message, for requested precontractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries (6(1)(b)/(f)).
- Security: technical access logs and temporary hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions, based on our legitimate interest in securing the shop (6(1)(f)). Our limiter stores no raw IP or user agent; existing shop/hosting records may contain these.
We do not use this storefront for advertising or attribution tracking. No marketing consent is required to buy or contact us.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary data may be handled by hosting/email providers, carriers, accountants, configured payment providers and authorities where legally required. Processors require applicable data-processing agreements. A payment provider can also act as an independent controller for fraud prevention and regulatory duties. Retention
We retain invoice and accounting records for the applicable legal period, and order, complaint and withdrawal records as needed to meet our obligations and handle claims. Enquiries and account data are kept only as long as necessary for their purpose. Temporary checkout rate-limit counters expire within one minute.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us; proportionate identity verification may be needed. We respond within one month; any lawful extension is explained within that month. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Slovenian Information Commissioner, ip-rs.si.
Automated decisions and security
The shop applies temporary submission limits for security. Access to order data is restricted to authorised staff. Do not send payment-card details in messages.
