Description
A face-grain cutting board made by hand in Slovenia from European oak, for everyday food preparation. A groove runs around the working surface to catch juices from fruit, vegetables and meat.
The board measures 40 × 26 cm and is 3 cm thick, with gently rounded corners. It also works as a serving board for bread or cheese at the table.
The oak grain varies from board to board, so every board is unique.

Care
After use, scrape off food, wash by hand with warm water and a little mild soap, rinse and dry immediately with a towel, then leave standing on its edge to air. Never soak the board and never put it in the dishwasher. When the surface looks dry or pale, rub in a thin coat of food-safe oil, leave it overnight and wipe off the excess.
