Are the products handmade?
Yes. All our clothing, home textiles and wooden pieces are made by hand in Slovenia. Materials, measurements and available sizes are listed on each product page.
Which size should I choose?
Compare a garment that fits you well with the measurement table on the product page, then choose your size. Our size and fit guide explains how to measure.
When will my order arrive?
All pieces are in stock and dispatched within 2–5 business days. After dispatch, parcel delivery takes 1–3 business days in Slovenia and usually 5–8 business days to other EU countries. Tables travel by freight: the delivery date is agreed with you, and transit to other EU countries is usually 7–14 business days after dispatch. Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Slovenia and all other member states of the European Union.
Can I order furniture through the shop?
Yes. Our oak coffee table and dining table are in stock and can be ordered like any other piece. They are delivered free of charge by a freight carrier in Slovenia and all other EU countries, and we agree the delivery date with you. Please check the dimensions against your doorways and stairs before ordering.
How can I pay?

Can I return an item?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason; you pay the return postage. See Returns & refunds, where you can also send your notice online.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us with your order number and a short description. We will repair, replace or refund a faulty or incorrect item, and we pay the return costs in that case.
