Payment methods
Available at checkout for an eligible order: Credit / Debit Card.
The methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you commit to pay. Payment is due when ordering according to the selected method. Prices are in EUR; we charge no payment-method surcharge. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Unclear or failed payment
If payment is declined, follow the checkout message. If the connection is interrupted or the result is unclear, check your order confirmation/account and contact us before paying again. A temporary authorization may appear; we will check the payment status. Never email card details.
Refunds and confirmation
Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. The applicable 14-day withdrawal and separate eight-day conformity deadlines are explained in Returns and refunds. Bank processing can take additional time after a refund is issued. Your confirmation includes ordered items, selected options, prices, delivery and total together with the contract information applicable when ordering.
