Description
A rolling pin turned from European beech, with a smooth 25 cm barrel and fixed handles at each end. It is suited to pastry, biscuit dough and smaller batches of pasta or bread dough.
Beech is a close-grained, pale hardwood often used for kitchen tools. The pin is made by hand in Slovenia and finished with oil only, with no lacquer coating.

Care
Scrape off dough with a dough scraper, then wipe with a lightly damp cloth or rinse briefly in warm water and dry immediately. Do not soak and never put in a dishwasher. Re-oil occasionally with a thin coat of food-safe oil and wipe off the excess.
